The book I am reading this week is one of the books in the Goosebumps series. The author is R.L. Stine, and the title of the book is Vampire Breath. So far I really like the book and it’s a bit creepy, but its really good and interesting. Also the author is very descriptive. It is about 2 friends that find a hidden tunnel in one of thems basement and decide to check it out, so they get some flashlights and go in. A bit later they find a room that they think is empty, but they don’t realize that they have somehow awoken a living vampire.
I can connect to how the characters would have felt when the vampire crept up to them, because the first time I went into a haunted house I got really creeped out and I wanted to leave but you weren't allowed to turn back! I think they would of felt scared, worried, and they would probably be wondering if it was real and if it was what would it do to them.
Some themes for this book are fear, vampires, problem solving, quick thinking, and secrets.
Fear is a theme because the two main characters are really scared of the vampire and all the other ones to. Problem solving and quick thinking are themes because they have to find a way fast to escape and get out of the creepy place. Secrets because later on they find out something that’s really surprising and a secret that’s been kept from them for a really long time.
SPOILER ALERT! Later in the book they find out that one of the characters is actually a vampire and the vampire that scared him was his grandpa!
My transformed thoughts are before I read this book I thought that  vampires were creepy, but now I realized not all vampires are scary, and their not so bad anymore.

Thank you for reading my blog, and I suggest you try reading this book. If you have any thoughts please comment, and share your thoughts and ideas with me!
