Blog #5 -Avani

This week I am reading the third book in the Familiars series, its called the Circle of Heroes. The authors are Adam Jay Epstein and Andrew Jacobson. Warning! There are some spoiler alerts so don't read them if you might try this series! So far I am enjoying this book because it's very thrilling and interesting. SPOILER ALERT!  The book is about them finding all the animals that were on the stones, finding the Crown of the Snow Leopard, and stoping Paksaharas evil dead army. SPOILER ALERT DONE!

I think the themes for this book are Animals, Quick thinking, and Trust. Animals is a theme because in the book they have to find a bunch of animals to find Paksahara, and stop her! Quick thinking because when the evil army comes they have to be quick and plan their escape with little time and with no magic. Trust is a theme because they have to trust Grimslade to help them even thought he is one of the characters enemy's.

My connection is in the book Paksahara has a evil army of animals and their fighting and having a war/battle, and in another book I read there was to sides to a battle (Good and Evil) and they were fighting in a very big war.

My transformed thoughts are SPOILER ALERT! When Pakasahara succeeded in rising her dead army I thought that they were doomed and that they would fail to find the crown, and they would lose the battle. But the whisper shell that one of the characters was wearing caught the voice of the stone and now they know the last animal so they can get the crown now. SPOILER ALERT DONE!

Thank you for reading my blog I hope you liked it! If you have any Questions/ Comments/ Ideas then please comment! This series is very good and if you like Fantasy, Adventure, Mystery, Animals, and Magic then you should try these books!
