I am currently reading My Haunted House. So far the book is awesome! The author is Angie Sage. This is one of the National bestselling author of septimus heap. This Book is about A girl named Araminta. Her parents are missing and she stays with her uncle and aunt. She wants to find vampires like her parents did but ever since they had gone missing her aunt has new rules at the house. Later on she finds a secret tunnel she goes through there and everything changes for her.

When Araminta is so bored in her room she probably felt the way that I did. When I was in cluster club my sister took for ever from the musical! She just chats away with her friends! I think that she should think how tired I am waiting for my lazy sister! On the other hand she thinks it’s a joke! Really she should change the speed on how fast you should get down to the cafeteria .

The themes are ghosts,secret passages, gross out, weird relatives and ambushes. Ghosts because Araminta finds two ghosts one named edmond and one named sir horace. Secret passageways because that is how Araminta’s life get’s exiting! Gross out because Araminta’s aunt cooks bugs and all sorts of weird stuff. Weird relatives because Araminta’s uncle is a vampire (but a nice one). Ambushes because Araminta’s aunt wants to sell the house but Araminta has a plan to stop her.

When Araminta meets Sir horace I thought that he was bad and trying to scare Araminta away but then I found that he was trying to help Araminta take back the house so I found out that he was nice and was trying his best to do what he can to help Araminta. Before Sir horace was just a piece of armor in the hallway but turns out that he was very helpful.
